Note on the 1999 Season      
There may be two more races missing from August-September 1999. They were either missed by the newspaper or were both rainouts from Hurricane and TS Dennis.

Hurricane Floyd struck eastern North Carolina on September 16 & 17 with devastating damage and flooding. There were no races at Down East Motor Speedway after this event.
